EasySwap is a simple cryptocurrency exchange platform. You select the cryptocurrency you want to send and the one you want to receive, enter your wallet address, and create a swap. We generate a deposit address for you to send your funds to. Once we receive your payment, we process the exchange and send the converted amount to your wallet.

EasySwap charges a flat 0.5% platform fee on all exchanges. This fee is already included in the exchange rate shown to you. There are no hidden fees. Network transaction fees (gas fees) are separate and depend on the blockchain network being used.

Swap times vary depending on the cryptocurrencies involved and network congestion. Typically, swaps are completed within 10-30 minutes. Bitcoin transactions may take longer due to block confirmation times. You can track your swap status in real-time using your unique swap ID.

No! EasySwap is completely registration-free. You can start exchanging cryptocurrencies immediately without creating an account, providing personal information, or going through any verification process. Just enter your wallet address and make your swap.

We currently support 15 popular cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL), Polygon (MATIC), Avalanche (AVAX), Arbitrum (ARB), Optimism (OP), Tron (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Polkadot (DOT). We're constantly working to add more networks.

Minimum amounts vary by cryptocurrency to cover network fees. Typically, the minimum is around $10-20 USD equivalent. Maximum amounts depend on available liquidity. For large trades, please contact our support team for better rates and dedicated service.

If you send a different amount than specified, we will still process your swap at the current exchange rate for the amount received. You'll receive the equivalent value based on what we actually receive. If you need to cancel or modify a swap, please contact support immediately.

Each swap has a unique ID that's displayed after you create it. You can use this ID on the "Track" tab on our homepage to check the current status of your transaction. If you provided an email address, you'll also receive email notifications about status changes.
